"Five Star Painting provided terrific customer service and was extremely great to work with. Due to many unfortunate circumstances, we needed this job to be started and completed in a time-sensitive fashion (started within 7 days). Multiple companies scoffed at our time frame, saying that they could not start and finish a project so quickly. Finally, I found Five Star Painting. Bob at Five Star Painting informed me that he would be able to make an exception due to our situation, despite the current typical start time of 14 days. He made the necessary accommodations and completed the work quickly and at the time that we agreed. The only downside was that the initial paint job was not as clean as I had hoped, with some paint splatters (spots) on the door and window frames and moldings. I called Bob to express my dismay, and he quickly rectified the situation in a timely fashion. He drove to our home and made sure that all the blemishes were corrected and the paint job was truly pristine! It's easy to see that Bob runs a business where customer satisfaction is the top priority. I contacted him whenever I needed; never did I spend hours or days waiting for a reply. Communication was rapid and painless. He followed through on every agreement and commitment he made. Although the work was not perfect initially, he was quick to make amends and see that we were 100% satisfied. "Excellent. This deck hadn't been cleaned in over ten years and had taken a real beating the past couple of years. It was edged in green moss(?) and had black blotches that appeared this winter. It looked to me like soot from somebody's fireplace. Special Construction worked for hours powerwashing, cleaning with detergent, scrubbing, and then powerwashing and rinsing. They wouldn't accept anything less than total quality, and they achieved it. It now looks like new! Terrific job."

We are completely satisfied with A+ Professional Painting, their work, their crew and the difference it has made in our home.  The crew was punctual and did the work as described on their estimate: (1) they caulked, spackled & sanded EXTENSIVELY, (2) the precision of their lines was RIDICULOUS and (3) at the end of each day, they cleaned up after themselves.  I would describe our job as particularly difficult given the over-sized rooms, the 25+ foot ceilings in the foyer and living room and the picture frame moulding used extensively in the foyer.  A+ Professional Painting exceeded our expectations and our home looks AMAZING!  These guys are the BMW's of interior painting.  We will use them again and we will be recommending them to our neighbors and friends.
