"Excellent. This deck hadn't been cleaned in over ten years and had taken a real beating the past couple of years. It was edged in green moss(?) and had black blotches that appeared this winter. It looked to me like soot from somebody's fireplace. Special Construction worked for hours powerwashing, cleaning with detergent, scrubbing, and then powerwashing and rinsing.
