Due to many unfortunate circumstances, we needed this job to be started and completed in a time-sensitive fashion (started within 7 days). Bob at Five Star Painting informed me that he would be able to make an exception due to our situation, despite the current typical start time of 14 days. I called Bob to express my dismay, and he quickly rectified the situation in a timely fashion. "I spoke with Scott about having my new staircase painted. Although it was a small job he was able to accommodate me very quickly and reasonably. He was knowledgeable about the special paint to use to avoid permanent scuff marks on the risers. Sam came to do the job. He was conscientious, efficient and took the time to even do a touch up on a few areas that a previous painter had messed up. I would definitely call Scott again if I need any painting done."
