Blue Umbrella was able to troubleshoot and tailor the job to fit my specific basement needs. I also feel comfortable that if there is ever an issue - they will continue to support the work they did for me. "Booking the appointment was fine the problem began after my new dishwasher was installed. The kickplate was mistakenly thrown away by the plumber. It wasn’t detected until another plumber from Garon T came to finish connecting the sink and insta-hot. He apologized and assured me that they would resolve the problem immediately. That never happened, I called repeat talking and leaving messages to Pamela. Who would apologize but never resolve the problem. Two weeks later, asked what is taking so long and to speak to someone further up the food chain. Spoke to a supervisor who explained this was the first she was hearing about it. Another week and a series of phone calls which ended in insincere apologies. At that point, I had enough contacted the manufacturer myself and received the kickplate in a few days. Then I received this text from Pam. “Hello,This is Pamela with Garon T Plumbing, Heating & AC. Hope y’all are doing great today. Just wanted to touch base to advise that I don’t yet have the arrival date for the kickplate. I apologize for the delay and will let you know as soon as I know. Thank you - have a great weekend!” I replied we already have the kick plate and after three weeks of terrible customer service the issue was resolved. It’s a shame they have such appalling, customer service. We had plan to use them for additional work, however, with customer service unable to resolve a simple problem I’m not sure if I trust them moving forward. Since posting this I have not received any response from Garon T not even an offer to finally install the kickplate."

They did not show up and it took 8 phone calls and 24 hours to find out that they weren't confident in their proposal. They increased the scope and added 50% to the cost. Stupidly, I signed again as time was wasting and I didn't want to start over with new vendors. JES completed the work while I was out of town. When I got back, there had been heavy rain and there was more water in my basement then I had ever experienced. I contacted my rep via text (impossible to get through by phone as he always was in "Training" when I called). His response was " That doesn't look good, I'll make some calls". I had to make the calls. JES sent several new employees out and they proposed additional work at ADDITIONAL cost. Unable to get satisfaction from mgmt. Had another foundation company finish the job. Do not use!"
