"I moved into this house in Somerset. I am on a wheelchair & the following work had to be done : 1. to manoever my wheelchair they had to remove a small wall by the toilet & move the electricals in the area. 2. Provide a new GFCI outlet & install a new Brondell Swash bidet seat. 3. Install a wheelchair ramp to get into the house on my wheelchair. Without getting the above work done I could not move into the new house. Carlos & his team from ‘Reflections Home Improvement’ not only did an excellent job - but were very empathetic about my condition and completed the projects on the promised date - so that I could move in. Everything was done promptly, professionally & politely & at a reasonable price. "Miek came in and let me know a repair will be a few hundred and it may work for a couple of days or years. he informed me that there was a lot of crap on the bottom of the talk so its time was ending, or replace it. I went with the repair and for months it all worked. Then the sad day came when I had to replace the tank. Mike and his assisant were great!! They were polite and made sure everything was the way they found it (frankly it was probably cleaner than he found it). I HIGHLY recommend him. I guarantee anytime I need anything in plumbing or heating he will get a call. Teh only thing bigger then him is his knowledge and his heart. He is honest and a GREAT plumber"
