Storm Guard Roofing and Construction

We noticed a water spot on our kitchen ceiling after the crazy storms in July. We were planning to contact a roofing company, when Jake and his team came by and asked about completing a free roof inspection. I can’t say enough wonderful things about his professionalism and attention to detail. He worked closely with our insurance adjuster every step of the way and made the entire process stress free. They are installing our roof today and doing a great job! I've noticed them cleaning gutters and carefully removing debris from the area surrounding the house. Wanted to pass along a recommendation/endorsement for Chris Munro and the team at Storm Guard. A crazy storm came through at the end of June, a couple weeks after putting my house on the market. Crazy concept - buyers actually want a roof in good condition!!! I messaged Chris on Sunday evening and he and his team were checking out my roof on Monday morning. They did a great job of walking me through next steps and setting my expectations. Due to the storm wreaking havoc across multiple residences, my insurance company didn’t have an available adjuster and asked that Chris and his team take detailed photos and document the work they were proposing. Storm Guard’s write up and estimate was so thorough that the 7-10 day review process was complete in 2 days - with approval for a new roof given!! Chris and the Storm Guard team have been so patient and super responsive with all of my questions. Working through this in midst of trying to sell a house has made me extra neurotic, but they’ve been amazing partners to work with. The team installed new six inch gutters with leaf guards on the back of my house in a few hours with no issues. Their quote was competitive. After a couple of downpours I am glad I have them.

Excellent service. Storm Guard inspected our roof for wind/hail damage. We contacted our insurance company and we had a new roof on within 2 weeks. The roofers worked fast and cleaned up pretty well. It looks great, too! Everybody is so nice. It was great working with this team from Charlotte. Highly recommend them.

Jim gave me an estimate on Tuesday and did the repairs on Friday. All of the repairs were small. I found when calling around a lot of contractors will not accept small repairs. The house looks great. I also had an old rusted junk grill in the back I was too lazy to put out for bulk pickup and Jim even trashed that for me. The replacement siding pieces were a perfect match. The back porch railing were barely hanging on. The new rails look great.

The company came out to measure and emailed me a quote within a day or two. I emailed them some pictures to show them just how I wanted everything. After having another less experienced company try to oversell me on the number of downspouts I needed I had researched the cost of materials and thought their quote was reasonable for a professional installation. After installation Jim came out and made sure everything had gone well. I'm very happy to have the gutters professionally installed and just how I wanted them. They look clean and stood up to their first downpour well. A small investment to protect my home from foundation issues.

It was such an easy process, which is always a nice surprise when you are making an investment like this one. They came out, measured the gutters we had on the house and sent me a quote the next morning. It only took them a few days to get me on the schedule and the gutters were installed within a few hours. They were professional and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again and have already referred them to friends.

It didn’t start out well but it ended better. We had some issues with the crew.  They did a lot of damage around the house, including destroying the bushes and the garden.  They did a good job putting on the new roof.

It was such a pleasant and easy experience. I didn't have to hassle with my insurance company or do any leg work. They literally handled everything from the beginning of the process to the end. Jason, the sales manager was excellent. He was thorough and I felt as if he really cared if we were satisfied. It was more than just a "sale" for him. He followed through for the entire thing. Jacob, their production manager was also very professional and polite. The team he brought out kept everything tidy and it started before we left for work and was finished by the time we got home! The best part was that all I had to pay was my deductible! 
I would use Storm Guard again in a heartbeat! Excellent service!
