"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Argent told us EITHER FIX BOTH OR NOTHING! OK, without any detection or inspection on whether the second place had gas leak for sure, Argent already told me I have to fix them all and pay them the amount way out your expectation. Argent was telling me what kind of service I can buy. Well played!!! Then I paid them the unprofessional inspection or check for $99 and sent them out. We have someone else fix the issue next day with $500 and after detail checking the second place DO NOT HAVE LEAK AT ALL. AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL,ARRAGANT AND MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE OTHERS"
