"UPDATE: Had my shower installed on 4/20/22 and I am very pleased with it. Kenny and Joe did the installation and were incredibly professional and tidy. Everything was completed within about 10-12 hours and they left my house exactly like they found it. I downgraded to 4 stars only because there seems to be a bit of a leak by the right hand corner of the shower door. I will be calling them tomorrow to see if they can send someone over to remedy this, when they do I will update back to 5 stars. Overall, excellent service, professional install, patient with questions, and respectful of my house! Great company. Just had my consultation with Rob and we put my new shower stall and toilet install into motion. He was polite and courteous and really took his time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything, especially the financing aspect. He answered all my questions and we also had a friendly chat to the point where I kind of felt bad because I know these sales calls cost time and money. Just from this point I feel I will be very satisfied with the final result, but just in case I will update when the project is done in a few weeks. So far, A+, thanks Rob!"

He will take his time during the initial in-person consultation and clearly explain the whole process with designs and videos without any high-pressure snake oil sales-tactics. I had some previous house trap/sewage issues and Steve and Team kindly went above and excavated additional areas and recemented after the plumbers finished at no additional charge and saving us $$$. Steve spent a lot of time continuing to inspect the work throughout the project to ensure everything was spot on and a good amount of time and energy sanitizing and scrubbing our basement. When they finished they left our basement in immaculate pristine bone-dry condition. Not only did they do a great job Waterproofing but I received a lot of great recommendations: dehumidifiers and renovation references. After the job was completed, he continued to answer all my questions days later.
