"We recently bought a house in need of work, my wife and I thought it would be a great idea to do our own projects around the house. Soon enough , we realized we had no idea how to proceed with our outdoor space. He hired Andres general construction, they provided guidance and a great customer service. We are very pleased with the outcome. I will be definitely hiring them again for future projects. Thank you Andres!"

"Nayol, Tito and crew did an amazing job on my deck and other jobs. They also installed a new back door (where I never had one before) repaired and painted stucco, installed doors, painted interior rooms, etc.. The whole crew was professional, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with. I will hire them again."

Small jobs welcome

"Gene immediately responded to our request for a quote and professionally evaluated the project. Lance and his crew carefully carried out the drainage project and regrading, and made improvements to the original plan as they further evaluated the project while it was in progress. When the job was complete, all debris was removed. All around superb customer service!"

"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. So this is my personal rating; ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸSatisfaction! ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค— Friendliness! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฟ Getting the job done!"

Excavating questions, answered by experts

Septic drain lines (or leach lines) are typically buried between 18 and 36 inches underground, and should be at least 6 inches below the surface. These pipes are perforated and surrounded by filtering materials like sand or gravel. Burying the lines at this depth helps minimize odors and allows bacteria and other biological processes in the soil to effectively treat the wastewater. Burying lines too close to the surface can cause issues unless the soil is very compact and stable.

No, a ditch isn’t a trench. A ditch is an open, relatively shallow channel that’s carved out of the ground and used for drainage purposes. In contrast, a trench is a deeper excavation that’s entirely underground. Trenches have many uses, including gas lines, sewage systems, and electrical wiring. Unlike trenches, ditches don’t get filled back in with dirt after they’re dug.

Errors in site preparation can lead to structural failures or appear costly midway. Professionals ensure detailed, reliable home base development layouts.

No, fire blight does not survive free in the soil but instead is carried through insects, animals, rain, or wind during the spring. Keep in mind that it can also spread on tools, which is why you should always disinfect them in between cuts.

Downspouts should be buried at least 5 to 10 feet away from your foundation. This can vary depending on your local building codes, soil type, and property slope. The main goal is to ensure water is directed away from your foundation.
