I had an appointment for an estimate, they showed up early, Car was in the driveway but I was in the backyard. Left a card and a message on the house phone (he was given cell numbers also) and stated he couldn't find the problem (the front steps). The appointment was rescheduled. When it was 40 minutes into the hour time frame for the appointment he called to say they wouldn't be there because it was raining!!! It started raining the night before!! IF THIS IS HOW THEY DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS BEFORE THEY HAVE THE JOB I AM HAPPY THEY DIDN'T DO THE JOB!!!

First off i'm sorry this is so very late, at first i wanted to get throughout summer and winter to see what the wood was going to do, then life happened and i forgot. Because of the delay I do not remember the names. Fabio said it would take a week(we were not living in the home) and he delivered on time. His team was friendly and professional, they were patience with me when i was choosing the stain. The lead guy (i believe Giovonne) even repaired my wobbly stair rail. At my request they nailed any soft areas on the subfloor to prevent squeaks (a pet peeve of mine). I am happy to report through summer, winter, and back into summer no squeaks. End result the job finished on time, and the result was beautiful. I would highly recommend Fabio. I could not remember the cost, I had 3 bids and his was the middle bid. He also used oil base stain instead of water base.

Overall, I am happy with the quality and responsiveness of the service I got from Fabio and his team. Most of the electronic communication (email) was with Fabio's son and from time to time there was a delay in being able to connect. Fabio and his team removed the existing asphault, adjusted the layout of the driveway, moved the locations of a dry well, added belgium blocks, and rebuild damaged brick piers. I have a very large driveway (3,000+ square feet) so when I broke the price down per square feet, it was reasonable compared to other estimates. His team of mason's did very good work - working diligently to work quickly but with good quality. The team that came in to install the new asphalt driveway was also first rate - i was impressed with there focus on ensuring the right pitch so that the water would flow to the new location of the dry-well. They even performed a water test before leaving to ensure the water was flowing in the proper direction and made a few adjustments (reheating some areas to adjust the compression of the asphalt) to ensure the water was flowing in the right direction. Overall, I was happy with the quality of the work and feel the price was fair - not too high and not too low. I would gladly use him again and recommend him to family or friends.

It was good. The price went up a little bit but everything else was great.

The project is complete and paid for. However when completing the project the company nailed a coving to the side of the house. They were to comeback and remove it but never did. I have spoken to the company on 3 separate occasions over the past few months and they keep telling me they will stop by to look at it. They have never returned. If it is service you need after they have been paid this company is not one you want to deal with.

Completed the work as promised. Found missing chimney cap and is making a replacement for me. The masonry work was done very well- the chimney and wall look great

very well. Everything was done as promised except the refinishing of the sides of the steps, because it was too cold for it to stick. This was finally finished in July, hence the B in punctuality. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Fabio's team arrived on time - even early - and got right to work, They power-washed the areas they were repairing and worked together as a team. They were diligent and worked quickly and efficiently. The results were beautiful. I am very, very pleased with the transformation of our patio, fireplace, stairs and surrounding walls. The re-pointed chimney looks beautiful. I could not be happier. I definitely recommend Fabio and his team. They are professional, courteous and friendly. Their attention to artistic detail sets them apart. Thank you!

They were very helpful and creative since we have an older home. We ended up with a new basement entrance and a new kitchen entrance. The work was performed very well and on time. However, we are not happy with the way the job site was left. There was quite a bit of excavation material that was left around my property after the project.

Fabio and son came over to give us estimate and design suggestions. He was even amenable with price negotiations. We then met his son at the paving company to choose the pavers and he was very helpful with color selection, style, etc. They scheduled a start date, the crew showed up on schedule and the job was completely finished and cleaned up within 4 or 5 days. The work is excellent and we are very happy with the design/color they helped us select.

Called this company they came to look at leveling our basement floor. They never called us with the estimate. We will never use this company again.

They were great. It was a family business and they were very responsive. They did a good job and their prices were competitive. They were fast and responsive and did everything we asked. They are a family oriented business and the son came with the dad. They were both very professional and the son was there to translate any nuances that he might not understand, but the dad understood everything fine. They were very responsive and we constantly kept in touch with phone calls. If we needed anything they would be over right away.

They cancelled because of snow, said they would call me back to reschedule and did not call me back.

I had an appointment with this company that I made several days in advance. I had to cancel my doctor's appointment to fit them in. They called me 2 hours before they were supposed to show up and cancelled the appointment and they thought this was acceptable. If I cannot count on them to show up for an appointment, then it is clear they cannot be counted to execute the work either. Folks, don’t do business with contractors who don’t value your time.

My driveway is on a hill and the house lined up with the road, so when it rained all the water would come down and into my house like a flood. I had to have the driveway dug up, but we could not do too much because of the well. He managed to work his way around that and shave it down so I could actually have normal front door stuff. He also diverted the water away from the house into the new front drain. He waterproofed the front of my house under the ground level as well as re-speckled all the exposed foundation. Near the apex of my roof and the sides there were large sections of foundation showing. I essentially had about 12 feet of concrete showing, large canvases of concrete that were cracked, so he did design work in it. In addition to that work he also put in a drainage pipe to the French drain in the front all the way down to my lower back yard, which has been wonderful. It takes all the water away from the house and I no longer get even a swamp there. He did this whole job in three days and he and his crew knew what they were doing. He sat down with me, took the deposit, shook my hand, and told me that it would be done the way that I want it done. I did not have a single issue with him. He and his crew chopped and sawed and all that work was done and it looked so nice. I could not believe that in three days I could get that type of quality work done. He brought in about 10 or 15 people on the first day. I wanted this work done by the end of September and to know that it was done it three days and my husband and I were just looking and I asked my husband does it get any better than this. He asked me for my input in the beginning, he followed through and checked with me half way through to make sure. At the end he also checked if it met all the parameters and I looked at all the details and said that I had no issues. The other day when it rained, it was nice to know that not a drop came in because earlier after every rain storm I was sucking out water from the basement.

It was very thorough and quick. An entire team came out and went to work. The total job, and there was a LOT of work to be done was about 3.25 days. No "contractor babysitting" required. They needed my design input, but aside from that they didn't promise anything they couldn't do, and they didn't do anything poorly that they said they could do well. THAT is a huge issue with contractors, and that honesty has earned them a place in my book. Of all the contractors I have hired for things, this company is the best one by far to date.
