"We called a few others and decided on All Complete Construction. They were fair, honest, extremely professional and an expert in chimney gutter cleaning. Amazing gutter cleaning company very honest and trustworthy. They just sent out a chimney gutter cleaning technician that was well versed in the cleaning and maintenance of chimney gutter cleaning. It was evident in the quality of his work that he was a professional. The service went well. They provided excellent service from start to finish. I will definitely use them on all of my rental homes."

"Erick did a great job, not only cleaning our gutters, but also sealing existing leaks in all of the corners. He was even able to repair a rotted out connection of a downspout inside a tar roof over our front porch. He did a very thorough job at a very fair price and I highly recommend him."

"We hired Kevin to clean the gutters after his prompt response to our request for service and his very reasonable price. He was well spoken and you could see he loved his business. He did an outstanding job, and provided photos of his work. ---- I was very happy that he noticed the chimney cap had fallen off, pointing out that it was the wrong size and of cheap material that will rust in no time. He not only replaced it with the proper size, stainless steel, securing it in place as the proper size, he also sealed it all around to further ensure stability. All at a very reasonable price. --- We then discussed gutter guards, which he pointed out will save us the cost of cleaning gutters routinely (-especially because our yard is surrounded by lots of old oaks and maples-) and that he installed only quality metal gutter guards that are screwed in, not just snapped in like the cheap PVC ones. No hard sell, just giving us that information for us to consider ------ Since we are older and unable to take care of things as we used to, it made sense to protect our roof from frost heaves and icing from backed up gutters. Kevin worked out a very reasonable cost compared to other gutter people we had priced previously, so we set a date. He showed up exactly on time as agreed. I cannot believe how quickly and efficiently they worked. He again took photos and video of the completed job to show he did the work as promised. ---- We will definitely hire Kevin at Dynamic Pro again for any future home repair needs and, truly, we highly recommend him and his work!!"

Gutter Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Properly installed gutters should be able to function normally in heavy rains. Allowing water to overflow can cause water damage around your home's basement or foundation. If the overflow is caused by a simple clog, paying a gutter cleaning cost of $125 to $250 may be enough to get the gutters running clear again. If there's a larger issue, you may need to repair or replace your gutters.

Absolutely—and lots of it. Overflowing water from your gutters can damage your siding and your roof. All of the moisture getting into the cracks and crevices of your home can lead to mold or mildew problems down the line. In addition, when water pools around your home, it needs a place to go—and sometimes it ends up inside the house, creating a very unwanted flood.

If you want to avoid burying your downspouts, several alternatives can help direct water away from your home's foundation. One option is to connect a rain barrel to your downspout. During a storm, the barrel collects water that you can later use for irrigating your lawn or garden. Another common solution is to install an above-ground downspout extension. This can be done in a couple of ways:

  • Splash Guards: Placing a splash guard, available at most hardware stores, under your downspout can act as a simple funnel to direct water away from the house.

  • Downspout Extensions: You can add an extension to the end of the downspout's elbow to carry water further into your yard. Some extensions are flexible, allowing you to maneuver them around landscaping.

These above-ground solutions are particularly useful if your home has a slab foundation that you cannot dig up. However, they have limitations. An extension may not move water as far from your home as an underground system. More importantly, if your yard slopes back toward your house, these methods will be ineffective, and burying your downspouts remains the best option to prevent potential flooding and water damage.

Once you’ve installed your gutters, you'll need to maintain them. You should clean your gutters once or twice a year to keep them functioning correctly. But if climbing a ladder and scooping out handfuls of wet leaf gunk is just not your thing, you can hire a professional gutter cleaner near you to do the job.

Any small amount of standing water can be damaging to your gutters. It’s recommended that a ¼ inch puddle or more should be addressed. Failure to keep water from pooling in your gutters can result in clogs, algae growth, and pests that damage your gutters over time.
