He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars.
