From the initial contact for estimate until job completion, everything was outstanding. The rep from sales dept(Kip) was punctual for estimate, courteous and profressional....and price was very fair, thus I hired this company over 2 others in contention for the job. No regrets!! Joanne in the office was also available to finalize details and was very pleasant to work with. Finally, the day the job started, the crew arrived right on time as requested(it was a work day for me and I needed an on-time arrival). Site supervisor(Alex) was very kind and very thorough in discussing the details of the job. The job was performed better than could be imagined and after 2 days it was complete. Crew was gone when I arrived home from work after they completed job. House looked fantastic as if no one had been there. Super job in clean up. Highly recommend this company for interior painting.

The job itself went beautifully. Getting an estimate was a task. The price fluctuated so if you are having trouble getting an estimate speak to Joan Ramirez from the office. The painters are clean and professional. My doors look brand new. The A rating for punctuality is for the painters.

The painters were prompt, more than prompt, friendly--and so careful--both with the power washing and the painting. They were also efficient. Power Washing one day--all the repair and painting the next. Special kudos to the kind and meticulous foreman Hus. Our little house has never looked so good. And so pleased my husband at 74 no longer had to scale those ladders. Totally happy.

The painters did a fantastic job. They were easy to work with, addressed of all of our problem areas and were diligent. The exterior looks fantastic. The carpenter in May 2015 however did not do an adequate job. Kip understood that. Within our first year warranty period, we contacted Kip about areas that were missed, work that was not done correctly and other concerns. Kip, without hesitation, came over, walked around the property and actually pointed out other areas that were missed. He then sent a team of new carpenters and they went above and beyond. Excellent work, quality, easy to work with and conscientious with the trim and siding. I would highly recommend using CertaPro. The price was also fair and with the one year financing, it was an exceptional value considering the amount of man-hours and labor involved, including paint cost.

Not a good experience. We were told the job would not be outsourced and it was. We were asked what we valued most, we said trustworthy & clean. The team that came in, while the foreman was friendly and willing to what we asked, his team was not as professional. They went in rooms that did not need any work done. The paint job was not done well, work was sloppy and they made a mess. Paint on floors, carpeting, bedding, walls & ceilings (were paint splatters should not be). We called the main office to complain and asked the sales guy (with which the original job was discussed) to come out, he said to send pictures but he said he would send someone - which turned out to be the same foreman that worked the job. After much back and forth, he finally came out himself and realized the job was not done well. He said he could send another team to fix it, we will see what the outcome is after the next team comes out.

It went really well. We were impressed by the willingness to go 'above and beyond' if needed (even when we were a little picky on things). They did a great job cleaning up too - even picking up little scraps of stuff.

Again Certa-pro did an excellent job! We have high-end kitchen cabinetry that over the years has received its fair of dings - one drawer in particular. I ordered the paint touch-up kit from the manufacturer, but the cabinets over the years had changed color, so the paint didn't match. The head painter, Aydin, took a drawer off to the paint store and had them work at it until he got almost an exact match! His persistence was amazing, but in the end the cabinets look like new. They did a beautiful job on several walls, woodwork, and a large room and bathroom. I am very pleased!
