He came to my house on a Sunday to give me an estimate and was extremely flexible with working within my time frame. His price was very reasonable and fair. He would check in with me as the job progressed to review what had been done to ensure I was happy with the work. He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. Some stubborn parts on our old tub and shower were tricky, but he persevered and made everything work wonderfully well.
