"Booking the appointment was fine the problem began after my new dishwasher was installed. The kickplate was mistakenly thrown away by the plumber. It wasn’t detected until another plumber from Garon T came to finish connecting the sink and insta-hot. He apologized and assured me that they would resolve the problem immediately. That never happened, I called repeat talking and leaving messages to Pamela. Who would apologize but never resolve the problem. Two weeks later, asked what is taking so long and to speak to someone further up the food chain. Spoke to a supervisor who explained this was the first she was hearing about it. Another week and a series of phone calls which ended in insincere apologies. At that point, I had enough contacted the manufacturer myself and received the kickplate in a few days. Then I received this text from Pam. “Hello,This is Pamela with Garon T Plumbing, Heating & AC. Hope y’all are doing great today. Just wanted to touch base to advise that I don’t yet have the arrival date for the kickplate. I apologize for the delay and will let you know as soon as I know. Thank you - have a great weekend!” I replied we already have the kick plate and after three weeks of terrible customer service the issue was resolved. It’s a shame they have such appalling, customer service. We had plan to use them for additional work, however, with customer service unable to resolve a simple problem I’m not sure if I trust them moving forward. Since posting this I have not received any response from Garon T not even an offer to finally install the kickplate."

"Excellent job! My gas dryer duct tore inside the wall and I needed the duct replaced. I was concerned that the repair would cause extensive damage since it would require putting a hole in the wall. Fortunately Edward & his team were extremely considerate and made as small a hole as possible to get the job done and ensured that they covered the hole with a vent cover so aesthetically the wall looks good. During Ed's initial visit to provide an estimate, Ed did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and why. He also took the time to temporarily fix the dryer chute (free of charge) so that I could use the dryer in the interim since he wouldn't be able to complete the full repair for about a week. I found him to be honest, extremely professional, polite, and considerate. The entire job consisted of making a small hole in the wall to access the outside vent, install 5 elbows, 2 fire proof flex, new duct, and vent covers. They cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. He charged me a reasonable price. I had researched estimated cost in advance and the charge was in line with my research. I would highly recommend using Systematic Cleaning for any dryer/air duct jobs."
