Patrick and his assistant performed great work. This is their 2nd time at our home for vents to be cleaned 4 years later

They arrived exactly on time. Patrick and another technician were professional and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently. Our ducts, dryer vent were cleaned out. The exhausts in the bathrooms were checked and cleaned as well. Overall excellent job, we are very happy and will definitely use them again.

It went very well. The 2 technicians showed up on time, were courteous, explained what they were going to do, then they did it. They were thorough, informative and very neat. They finished in a few hours and you would never know they were here, except the air quality is very much improved. - I would recommend them without a question.

Since I had used them before at another rental property I own for a dryer vent/duct cleaning and they advertised a whole house duct cleaning "special", I though I would give them a try again for the private residence (split level home) where I live. Office receptionist was cheerful and helpful and made the appointment as soon as their schedule permitted. She advised that representative would come by to check out the where the job was to be performed. She called when rep was due to advise that he would be a couple of hours late. I was okay with that since I wanted the work done. The rep was in the house maybe 10 minutes. He asked to see the furnace which was in the basement. I explained that there was one duct each in each of the up stairs bedrooms (3) the one upstairs bathroom and that there were additional ducts in the family room, additional bathroom, kitchen and living room. He left and emailed an estimate within the hour. The amount of the estimate was double the advertised special. When I questioned the amount via return email, the explanation was that the house was a split level and that I had 2 ducts in the basement. The advertised offer "covered 1 complete system/unit 1 zone and that additional charges would apply if additional systems need service". There is one zone heating/cooling in my home. I maybe would have accepted the offer if there were additional per duct charges over whatever the number of ducts the company considered as standard..but not DOUBLE the original offer. When I called the office to made an additional inquiry I asked about the offer and was told that the rep had final say over the price and the offer covered a one floor (ranch style?) home. Office advised that each floor of the home was subject to the special offer. This was confusing and deceptive advertising. "Special" deal language should be amended to indicate either how many ducts are included or that deal applies to certain kinds of residences. Will not use this company or recommend this company.

Perfect! Darin and Jayro arrived on time. They were clean, polite and professional, taking before and after photos, getting right to work after laying down roll-out covers to protect our carpets. Excellent job. Neat, clean and thorough. Arranging all of this with the secretary, Val, was a pleasure.

They cleaned all the vents, plus installed lashing between the vents and ceiling, and gave the A/C condenser the once-over too. All great. Thanks.

As far as I can tell it was done professionally. The phone photos helped see the amount of lint build-up that was present after last cleaning two years ago. It was a bit pricy but they didn't over charge for extra footage, so that was a plus. I would consider them doing all my townhouse ducts after comparing prices with other service pros. They were very courteous and professional during the service.

Large hose type apparatus was strung from the duct to the outside of the building; a little messy what with all the dirty residue from the old grime but better than nothing

The crew arrived on time, actually a little early. They were incredibly professional, did all the work neatly and quickly. They cleaned up after themselves, tiny mess from pulling vent covers off the walls. I would highly recommend them and in future would definitely rehire them.

Original estimate was 250-350, then it went up to $500 house cleaning and after that it went up to $449+ $$250 or $449+$350. I honestly would have paid even $500 for the condo cleaned... but the estimate kept changing

The vent cleaning was preformed, but dryer still didn’t work. It needed sensors. Was still probably a good move getting it done.
