DO NOT USE Pro Clean. They came to clean the dryer vent at my property and left the area in worse shape than before. After their service, a hose was left disconnected, which caused a major water leak and damage to my home. When I contacted them, Alex (the technician) dismissed my concerns and took zero responsibility. This company is negligent and unprofessional save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Technician messed up the Dryer vent, left the lint in Attic and didn't connect the vent/pipe and left with leaks. My dryer is still clogged and he just made it worst by ripping the dryer vent hose . The response from the company was very unprofessional and will never ever recommend anyone to try them.

Amazing service!! The tech showed up on time and provided quality work! All vents and air ducts were cleaned and sanitized and left carpets looking like new!!

It went well. We had a predetermined time. The tech called said he was avialable earlier, would it be okay to come over which was fine. He was very cordial. Performed task required and cleaned up. No problems.

Although the person who performed the work was professional, he tried to charge me extra for removing the lint when the service to be provided was for cleaning the vent.

I have no complaints. They came on time. They did what they were supposed to do about the dryer. They gave me the form, I paid them, and they were gone probably within 20 minutes. They came in a timely fashion. They did what they did what they were supposed to do and when they did it, they were gone. It was as requested. The service was fine, but they didn't go above and beyond.

I hired this company because of the good recommendations from Angie's List, however I would never hire them again due to the representative being very unprofessional . I will say no more.

Jason came on time. He was extremely professional and polite. He entered first without his equipment to survey the home to see where all the intake and outgoing vents were. He asked me to turn off the cooling function of the AC, then went down to the basement to take a look at the furnace. He proceeded to bring in all of the equipment and worked on his own. He was diligent, courteous, and professional. If you are going to call this company, make sure you request JASON. He was awesome. One word of warning, I booked the appointment, prepaid on Angie's List, but had to make a call to the company on my own since the company did not get any notification of my "available hours." Just call them directly, they will set something up right away.
