Had some trouble scheduling and provider had to cancel one time.  When he and his partner came, they were thorough, brought their own tools and equipment and cleaned every vent in the house.  Also cleaned the furnace.  Overall satisfied.

We live in a condo and he had a number of appointments in our complex, so he gave us all a group rate since he had so many jobs that day. It was wonderful! Karl was just the best! We have been here over 16 years and Karl is probably the best professional we have ever had out! We had five recommendations from the condo board and he was in the middle pricing-wise, but the two cheaper ones had gone out of business so process of elimination brought us to Karl but we ended up getting a wonderful service. Karl is very polite and super competent. He even went the extra mile in explaining what exactly he was doing. The pricing is very fair and you get a wonderful service!

Karl is a bit hard to get in contact with, though once you get him he is very responsive and punctual to the jobsite.

They did a good job.

They were very good, very thorough, and told us about other things we could do for prevention. I would definitely recommend again. The price is very reasonable too.

There were no issues with scheduling. He was very fast and effective and was professional.

Supposedly they were to clean all air duct vents- this was an Angie's list special for vent cleaning at $249 - realizing I had a 2 furnace system price was doubled which I had no problem with. The problem is that they picked and chose what what vents they would clean but I only found this out after they left. I work from home and was on business calls and couldnt oversee the entire job and didn't think it was necessary to watch them go from room to room. After they left I was able to review job and saw that some vents were opened and vacuumed out but others ducts/ vents were untouched. And some ducts were vacuumed out by not removing the duct cover but by actually trying to vacuum the duct thru the duct cover. As a result they scraped the paints off of the vents and left the paint chips on the rug (meanwhile they did have a vacuum). I am not sure how this process works but I am not thinking this was done correctly and I was not told when they finished that there were some ducts that they couldn't access.

When we moved into our house, the ducts and intake vents were loaded with dust. K7 was the most reasonably priced we found, and very thorough. Having also had the vents cleaned by another company in our previous house, I can say that K7 far exceeded any prior service I had received from other companies.

The provider was professional and thorough. He did a great job with our dryer vent, which is long and winding, not an ideal situation. But he spent the time to thoroughly clean it and suggested some modifications. The dryer worked a lot better after the cleaning.

they were punctual and didn't make any mess.  At the end they advised me that the ducts were't particularly dirty so we wouldn't be needing them cleaned any time in the near future. I appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell me additional work and seemed to be honest.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were good and everything was done.

Initially I forgot to call this provider to set up the appointment, but at the same time, no one from Angie's list nor from the provider called me either to remind me or to set up the appointment, even though they had my money for months ($249).
Once all that got taken care of, they came on a Saturday several months after I paid (paid in November, they came in April). They had a problem starting their generator, and in trying to fix it, they spilled gas on the driveway. The 2 guys cleaned it as best they could, but the damage was done - gas on the asphalt driveway left a spot.
The job itself was sub par. They didn't even take off the registers to insert the air compressor hose and blow the dust / dirt, they just put the end of the air compressor hose against the register and tried to blow the dust / dirt that way, which obviously does not do much. There was also a duct in our laundry room that I showed them by removing the floor register. There was dirt in there, but their vacuum hose did not fit and they told me there was nothing they could do. I then proceeded to do it myself by using my own Wet Vac. It is unacceptable that they did not have the proper equipment to do the job.  Finally they hooked up their vacuum to the duct in the basement and finished their job. They showed me the air filter at the end of the job, and it definitely had dirt / dust that was picked up from the job they did, but I can tell compared to the job another company did at my house a couple of years earlier, that this job was not to par, it was poorly done.

They were very good. Overall, it was excellent.

The experience was good. They were quick. Everything worked well,  I have no complaints with them.

The work was good and thorough. All the work was good and I had no problems with them. They came on time and gave me a call before they came. They didn't leave a mess and I didn't have any complaints that I can think of.

Due to Hurricane Sandy it took a while to have the service completed.  Because of the delay, they also included a cleaning of the dryer vent.  I had no complaints and would use them again.  They were timely and thought they did a good job given the amoutn of dust and dirt they cleaned from my ducts.
