"Great! Susan came to my house within a few days of my initial phone call to her. I had explained what I was looking for, so she arrived with sample of differnet floors that might work well - we agreed on a beautiful faux barn-style flooring that has an intricate raised grain pattern and cork backing to keep it almost as quiet as the carpet had been. The flooring arrived in the warehouse wihtin a few days, and could have been installed almost immediately except for my schedule, so it had to wait a week till I could be home. The two installers arrived just a little earlier than I thought they'd be there (7:15), but that was all right since everyone was up and I was out front with the dog anyway. I couldn't believe how fast they ripped up all the rug, installed the floor, and cleaned up! They were done by around 11:00. The flooring went into the master bedroom, a very large walk-in closet (8x10) and a small hallway to the laundry room, so there were lot of cuts to make, and they also installed thresholds, shoe molding around the walls, and so forth - extremely professional job and very, very clean when they left. I had removed all the small items and decor from the room, as well as the longer hanging items and shoes from the closet, but the installers still had to move a lot of furniture to get the floor down, and it was all back in place when they were done. the floor is just beautiful now, and I wish I had done this years ago! (I have two cats and a dog who is not really committed to his house training, and that carpet was at least 20 years old... you get the picture.) I was delighted with the service throughout this experience and I love, love, love my new floor! I'll be calling Susan again."

We especially wanted clean transitions without reliance on T-moldings and shoe moldings. Premier's installers met our requirements brilliantly, despite the many challenges that appeared only after the carpets had been ripped out:  uneven thicknesses of tile floors abutting the wood to be installed, a stone hearth with an irregular edge, and a brick hearth with an edge that ran at a crooked angle not parallel to the walls of the room.
