Seems like the rain gutter is sagging in the middle of the patio where the two joints meet and water is pooling there and possibly leaking through the seams as illustrated in the photo. Poor design concept. Really disappointed with customer service and quality of product especially for what we have paid for. They clearly don't care about taking care of their customers. "Gary is the epitome of trash, he will use his job title of Fire department chief to persuade you that he is for the community and the people. He has not held up his end of the bargain and quite frankly i think he took advantage of my elder mom and crippled father. He fell short on nearly everything- he hasn?t come back to rectify any of the problems that were brought to his attention and at this time nearly everyone in my house hold is walking in the kitchen with shoes and slippers because the tiles he layed down are cracked and the grout didn?t last more than a month !! He has lied on several occasions and said someone would be here. I have went to his office on multiple occasions as i work across the street. His son told me someone would be back in a month to rectify. Nothing is more disappointing than putting your savings or hard earned money towards something faulty. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time.
