Lawn Doctor of Warren County

Easy breezy call them and they came during the day whuile I was at work. When I came home it was already done. Came the day they were suppose to didn't leave a mess. I'm very happy.

The folks from Lawn Doctor were great on the phone, and explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. They have come to treat the lawn 3 times so far, and have left detailed information each time. The grass is looking so much better, and the weeds are going away.

Great. They come every few months and do our lawn, which is the nicest in the neighborhood, except for our neighbors who also uses Lawn Doctor. Excellent work! They let you know when they are coming, which is great if you have dogs!

They normally do a good job. Sometimes they don't get all the weeds. It's $70 per treatment with a discount because I pay upfront for the whole year. They don't get all the weeds and I don't think they treat the one side of the house. My lawn looks amazing except for that tiny section and I don't have to do it myself.

I just now noticed the other side of the house looks like.... They are definitely on my list to call. I haven't had any questions to ask so I haven't tried to contact them. I've been using them for years. I think they are fine. Once I talk to them I am sure they will fix it the side yard. 

Originally, I hired Lawn Doctor to fertilize and spray weeds on my lawn. The first year I noticed my lawn was under control as far as weeds and crab grass. The second year the greenness in the grass really started to show, as they said it would. After using them and trusting their service I decided to try the tick and mosquito sprays which also worked very well. I am not finding ticks on myself or our animals and it definitely decreased the amount of mosquitos that were driving us nuts trying to sit outside on our deck at night. Highly recommend this company, the staff is a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and professional.

LAWN DOCTOR OF WARREN COUNTY HAS BEEN TREATING MY LAWN FOR YEARS. I TRULY HAVE ONE OF THE BEST LOOKING LAWNS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THANKS TO LAWN DOCTOR. MY LAWN IS THE FIRST TO TURN GREEN IN THE SPRING AND THE LAST TO STAY GREEN IN THE LATE FALL.

i was so happy to see the weeds, that were growing in my yard, dying after treatment. After a few days no more dandelions, yay! I don't like seeing dandelions in my yard. The grass became so full and so green, looked amazing. Can not wait to start again this year. Love when I can walk barefoot in my grass with no weeds to worry about. They did an amazing job on my yard! Will be sticking with them.. A++ guys...Thank you for a job well done!!!!

They are good in the fertilization but I wouldn't recommend them for the power seeding.  We are not happy with the power seeding.  They were not responsive.  They said they took varying stages but there are still spot on the lawn considering that they came here twice.

They generally come early  in the morning and the treatments do not take very long.  They leave instructions near the mailbox as far as what should or should not be done in the timeframe following the treatment.  During the summer, I noticed some weeds that were growing in my lawn and they came back to do a free service call.  They also call me to give me advance notice that they are coming.

I tried the service to see the overall difference of the yard after one year. It has shown little improvement in overall health. The color and weeds have been maintained but they were not my core concern. I was never called in the advance of a treatment so I could discuss what I expected from the services. I am canceling my service due to this lack of notification; when I contacted lawn doctor regarding this issue they said "we have over 1600 clients and we can't contact everyone the day prior to the service". This attitude and lack of empathy along with my inability to see the value (improved lawn conditions) over the year prompts me to provide this negative update. If it weren't for the comment that they had too may customers they would be rated a C.
