This was a reasonable service experience that filled the need of confirming we had had a pest inspection
prior to listing our house for sale and that we had no outstanding problems.

I just used them at work so I figured that I use them at my house too. It was fine.

I have used Erlich for years now.  Their prices are good and the services are very good!  I belong to their yearly plan!

.Ehrlich Pest Control are a good company, we had a hole in the floor in the basement, the sales man came out and said it was just a natural defect in the wood. He could have told me anything and could have charged me USD 300 for a pest job but he didn't, they are honest. Ehrlich Pest Control charge you so much a month and if you have any problems, they come and look at it although they come 4 times a year. They come when they say they are going to come, they have never been late, they contact you in advance to make sure you are available at that time. You have to be home at that time as they go around the whole house.

I have used them for the past 5 year and they come out ever quarter. They provide very good service and I will give them an A rating.

We’ve been customers of theirs for 20 years, and they’ve been awesome to work with. Just recently, we had a termite problem, which they took care of. The technicians explained everything thoroughly, and what they've done has worked thus far! They've always arrived on time and as scheduled. Barry, the technician that he comes out regulary, has been great to deal with and so has the receptionist. It's been a great experience overall.

The person who gave the estimate determined we had mice. A technician came and set different kinds of traps throughout our house, including basement, attic, and garage. He came back 2 weeks later to check the traps and remove whatever they caught. Both were pleasant and careful. We appreciated how thorough he was, putting traps in practically every corner.

They are very consistent with taking good care of checking on the pests.  If there is a problem and I call them, they are really quick to come and help out, and take care of it.  I don’t have anything to compare their prices to and this is the first time that I’ve used anyone.  I inherited they were being used before we moved in and I just kept it ongoing.  So I guess their price is average.  We will continue to use their services again in the future.

We have used them for about the past year or so. They are very friendly and they do a good job. We are satisfied with them.

I have never dealt with an exterminator before.  I called Ehrlich in the morning, talked to a rep on the phone about my bee problem.  I also mentioned that there was a bee allergy in my household.  She told me that she would have a representative out there today to take care of the problem. She mentioned that the representative would call me when they got to the house.  She also tried to sell an ongoing maintenance plan, which I was not interested in at the time.  We got disconnected, I had to call back.  The representative never called when they got to the house.  But they got to the house very quickly, around lunchtime, and took care of the problem on the first time.  I have no complaints.  I wasn't sure if the price was expensive or not, as I have nothing to compare it too.  Moral of the story, I called with a problem in the morning, they had it fixed on the first time by the afternoon.   I would definitely recommend them again.

We’re on a regular contract with them.  They do the pest control well.  They just happened to pop up and they’re local.  They got the job done and it was very nice.  We will use their services again in the future.

I have a contract with them. I have been using them for the past five or six years. I pay them monthly. They are very responsive and they offer a lot of services. Overall, things are very good with them. Their pricing is good.

They are very reliable. They always come when they say they are going to. If I cancel their appointment for any reason they quickly reschedule me. They do what I ask them to do. They are very easy to deal with. They are very reasonable and competitive.

We have an ongoing contract for only pests. The termite system is a type of system that has certain things which are placed on the ground which have baits. If there are actual termites then they come to feed on it. Ehrlich is a very pleasant company to do business with. I chose them as they are a local company. They are very professional, prompt, friendly and courteous too. They weren't trying to sell us anything else other than what we required.
