Ripped out the 30yr old valve stems, redid the plumbing in the access panel and added two shutoff valves. Sealed everything, tested for leaks and cleaned up, completed the job in just 3hrs. "These guys are legit. They know what they are doing. I have a 100+ year old house. Needless to say the situation was complex with no documentation to assist them in finding sewer lines, vents, cleanouts, etc. They resolved the problem and solved a bunch of others in the process I’d given up on ever being resolved without just replacing the entire drainage system and which had flummoxed everyone else I’ve used in the past including some very highly rated plumbers. "If You are looking for a plumber or heating technician STOP RIGHT HERE!!! There is not enough space on the internet to describe the disaster that happened to me. Keith came to my rescue where others had failed and left me suffering for months. He showed up at my door like you expect professionals to do. I literally sent a message at 7 a.m. one day and he was at my house by 9 a.m. my problems were mounting quicker than I could solve them. Keith's calm and stable demeanor calmed me down. He listened as I spoke he help assess and diagnose my problems, and I do mean problems plural. He started working on my problems the very next day, where others left me hanging for weeks. One by one he tackled each problem calmly and professionally. Each time he took his precious time and held my hand through each crisis. I told him he should charge me for therapy!!! At the pinnacle Keith gave me the best advise that saved my life and the life of my pets. For those of you who have a pessimistic approach to life, this is no exaggeration. There was a gas leak in my house that both the gas company and two furnace technicians missed and was literally making my little family sick. I followed his advise as extreme as it sounded and everyone is safe and healthy today because of his experience and his great ability to listen! I can not say enough good things about my experience with Blue Boxer Keith and co. are my plumbers and friends for life now. The technicians are just as equally wonderful as he is Trevor and Aaron are kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I'll tell you....you could not pay me enough to do what these guys did for me. It is no joke when you see the truck and it says "as loyal as your best friend", again this is no exaggeration. They stuck by me in a manor no other company showed me. They actually fixed what other plumbers had thoughtlessly thrown together then ran off with my money. So if you are hesitant about what maybe at the other end of making a phone call to call in a plumber, DO NOT HESITATE HERE!!!!! if there where 10 stars I'd give them 20!
