"Ted has done a lot of work for me over the years. He’s practically remodeled my entire house (kitchen, bathrooms, etc..) including a new two story addition. I’ve hired him over and over because he is a true professional and very reliable. He knows exactly what needs to be done (working with architect, pulling permits, getting quality materials, etc..) once he’s given a job. You never have to worry about the job not being done properly. He ensures all jobs have final inspections approved and closed out with the township. Bottom line is if you hire Ted the job will be done right, completed in a timely manner, and at reasonable price."

"I hired this company to replace an existing wooden deck with Trex. I was impressed with the owner of the company. I previously got quotes for the job and this company was substantially cheaper. I dealt with many contractors over the years as an attorney in the construction field and this was one of the best that I ever dealt with. Everything that I was told about the job was absolutely spot on from costs to time of completion. Also, the personal service by the contractor was unique. He was there every day that work was being done and would not accept anything but quality workmanship from his workers. "We contacted Cowan's during the busy season, he responded by text only. We explained what we needed. It took about 2 weeks of texting and trying to getting responses to final set a time for him to come out. One of his workers came and did the cleaning. He did not cover anything around the stove, he left hand and foot (soot) prints everywhere he touched and walked. He left my fromt door open the whole time he was here (35* degrees outside) He did a partial job of cleaning up after himself. When I mentioned to him about the marks he left, all he could say was I don't have rags to clean. I spoke to Mr. Cowen about how unhappy I was with the way things were left and he said he would talk his worker and just use soap and water to clean everything. I should not have to clean up after Cowan's job. When I offer to pay him he told me to keep my money and Goodbye."
