They were delivered on time and cheerfully. The deliverers unboxed the pieces and took the boxes away with them. I tipped them of course.

The price was too much, I was not satisfied. Then they estimated for a contractor, and the contractor was not there to give me the proposal. The contractor never showed up.

The job was good but the only problem was when my husband came to the house the door didn't open all the way. They are actually going to do a repair on it but I was happy with their response. They came out right away. I don't live in the area so I know they sent us the part and when I'm back in town I’m supposed to contact them and they will put the part back on. I was happy with their service. They just looked at it and ordered a new part. I have to wait for it to be delivered and then schedule when I'm back in town.

The Job was supposed to start in December. But they delayed it over, and over, and over again. Job did not start until late March. It was supposed to be a two or three day job. It turned into a job that took four working days, but it took them almost four weeks to complete it.
Home Depot uses sales people to write contracts, and they promise you a great warranty and great coverage in case something goes wrong on the job. Then they subcontract out the job to other people, and you have no control over whom. And in my case the subcontractor ended up subcontracting the job out again to a third company. It turns out that I paid $7800, and the company that actually did the work only got paid a mere $1600. Granted Home Depot paid for the insurance and the materials, etc. But still... Turns out the company that actually did the work, as their representative told me, was supposed to be paid $2400, but they were only paid $1600 because they were told that I did not pay in full, which was not the case. I unfortunately did pay in full.
Long story short, the workers left my roof drain pipe disconnected which caused a large flood in my basement that still hasn't been resolved. They also failed to install several of the elements which had been in my contract such as the window wraps and the furring that should have been used to secure the siding to the stucco. Further they did not properly flash the corner of the siding.
The installation service manager sends my calls straight to voicemail, and does not return them anymore. The people at the 800 number tell me someone will call me back by the end of the day, and no one ever does. And I have had lots of promises for someone to return to my house to fix the problems, but so far all I have had is lots of staying home from work and waiting in vain for scheduled workers to not show up...

Their pricing is cheaper than nurseries so I buy plants in huge quantities. They have a lot of options and varieties of plants and shrubs for me to choose from. My overall experience with them has been good.

The salesman I worked with was very good. He explained exactly what the procedure was and also was able to get me 12 months free financing when they had discontinued it a day earlier. He called the corporate office and made sure they would give me that deal.
