Victor came the next day for an estimate, and as extremely professional and honest, I got a great vibe and sense from him and we scheduled a replacement for the pool liner. They were able to come 2 days later and they had the knee installed within 2 hours, start to finish. Throughout the entire process, they were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any pool needs. "Dave arrived at the property on time and from the start I appreciated his professionalism.  He was very knowledgeable about the home's construction and immediately noticed safety hazards that I had overlooked upon my own, limited, cursory inspection.  None of the items he pointed out were deal-breakers, but before we went into final contract I was able to get the Sellers to repair these deficiencies (loose front pavers and handrails, leaking basement sink, uneven pavers around the pool, etc.).  He indicated which parts of the outdoor backyard wooden deck were subject to wood-rot and he also pointed out parts of the roof that might need a professional roofer to later address.  He pointed out that the water heater was ending it's useful life (over ten years old) and his concerns about the electric panel box (wattage input and wiring) were later addressed by the Seller to my satisfaction.  The professionals he brought in for the septic tank inspection utilized fiber optics, permitting a full examination of the septic tank, verifying that a new septic system had indeed been installed, correctly, as the Seller had asserted.  From the darkest corner of the basement to the dimly lighted attic, Dave gave valuable insights as to the construction-quality of the house.  I was very satisfied with his thorough report and the reports of the other inspectors.  Without reservation, I recommend Dave Polo & Associates very much!"

"Excellent! Work was completed within two weeks of initial visit. Ground was dug & leveled and existing concrete slab removed (recycled) the first day. Bricks were laid and odd pieces cut on site to fill the gaps. Truly a family business - husband, wife, son, and sometimes daughter! Paid extra for stop-sign brick pattern."

"From our first meeting with Mike we were sold on Custom Pool Pros and Paver Pros. We met with may other "custom" gunite pool installers who gave us the book to pick a shape from, not really custom when you pick a shape. Mike designed a pool to fit our yard and budget and provided us with a drawing of how it will look when its done.



Custom Pool Pros handled all the paperwork for permits and once approved the work started. Despite some rain delays the whole project, which has now grown from the original idea, is finished. Every time i had a change or question Tom was there to answer the question and provide his input when needed. Overall the experience has been great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a superior quality "custom" pool.


Just to touch on details, Tom's guys are professionals, they take great pride in their work and it shows in every detail. They are very particular in everything they do down to the placement of each boulder or paver they place. We can't wait to enjoy our new pool and patio for years to come.



Custom Pool Pros handled our whole job from digging the hole, forming the pool, setting the slide, placing the boulders around the slide, installing the perimeter fencing and all 3200 sqft (give or take a few feet) of paver patio surrounding our pool.


This is a large expenditure and I don't regret one penny of the incredible backyard dream that Custom Pool Pros delivered."
