Since my spa hasn’t been used and left empty for years Robin has tried to get the information about my spa as much as possible and also guided me to fill the spa with water to see whether there is any leak beforehand in order to save time and money. John and Austin came to work on time. They are very kind, professional and knowledgeable about my unusual type of Emerald spa which was sold only in Staten Island and off the market already. The spa turned out to have leaks and motor problems after testing. John explained it to us in detail , pros / cons for repair and gave advice in customer’s shoes as well. I didn't get other estimates (one guy said he didn't do that type of work, the other said I was out of his service area). Anyway, John was friendly and professional and he seems to be an honest guy.
