"Vincent arrived on time for duct cleaning service He evaluated and discussed needed service prior to beginning work. Option of cleaning the blower motor which was not included in the quote price for service was discussed. We were disturbed about the additional cost, Vincent remained calm and presented the option and additional information. We did choose to include cleansing of the blower motor. Ask specific questions about what is included in the service purchased. We are satisfied with the service provided."

"Awesome! Total House Cleaning is so wonderful! When we originally met, the owner was on time for our appointment and came fully prepared with all of the information that we needed to move forward with scheduling our bi-weekly cleaning, including that they are fully insured. The cleaning team (which is the same each time!) is ontime, professional, pleasant and really, really good at their job! I am so happy to have found them, I wouldn't switch to another cleaning service for the world!"

"David, cleaned my furniture, drapes, floors and walls"

"Tom and his team did a great job. I give them and A+ for ease of scheduling, reliability and thoroughness. They also cleaned up so I didn't have to clean after they left. I highly recommend and will use them again."

"The team that performed the service were very professional. They did an outstanding job with cleaning the ducts and returns and cleaned up the debris afterwards. They also took the extra step of sealing up some open gaps in the returns."

"Excellent service cleaned verticals came out fantastic"

"I had used Hortensia Cleaning service for almost 5 years. Over the past 6 months their quality of service has rapidly declined. I think their management has changed. They would text 5 minutes before a scheduled appointment to say they were running behind and would need to reschedule. When they did come they were at last an hour or more late. Their service was below average at best. They cut many corners and did not do a thorough cleaning. I did let them know that I was getting frustrated with their punctuality, but it never improved. Eventually I moved on and found a new cleaning service that has been amazing."

"They were very professional they're very clean they did a good job"

"They were the best cleaning crew I could ever imagine; they went above and beyond; it looks like a brand new apartment; they cleaned the kitchen, the stove, the closets, and the bathroom; it was a deep cleaning. I would highly recommend them."
