"Vincent arrived on time for duct cleaning service He evaluated and discussed needed service prior to beginning work. Option of cleaning the blower motor which was not included in the quote price for service was discussed. We were disturbed about the additional cost, Vincent remained calm and presented the option and additional information. We did choose to include cleansing of the blower motor. Ask specific questions about what is included in the service purchased. We are satisfied with the service provided."

"It was my first cleaning so it was a deep clean. They cleaned things that I never thought of cleaning before. Even flipping over furniture to get underneath real good. I will highly recommend them to everyone!"

"Excellent customer service and the workers are very helpful. Do a great job and clean up after themselves."

"A very professional, owner operated company! A team of 3 came to our home with all the necessary supplies and equipment, and were able to clean 40+ windows, screens, and 20 storm windows in 9 hrs! Great customer service, they were very responsive and made minor corrections to the window cleaning when I requested. Also, good value for money! I will hire them next week to clean the light fixtures in our home."

"Air duct cleaning and dryer duct cleaning. Quick a d thorough. Before & after pictures shown."

"Excellent service cleaned verticals came out fantastic"

"I had used Hortensia Cleaning service for almost 5 years. Over the past 6 months their quality of service has rapidly declined. I think their management has changed. They would text 5 minutes before a scheduled appointment to say they were running behind and would need to reschedule. When they did come they were at last an hour or more late. Their service was below average at best. They cut many corners and did not do a thorough cleaning. I did let them know that I was getting frustrated with their punctuality, but it never improved. Eventually I moved on and found a new cleaning service that has been amazing."

"Nice Cleaning provided a wonderful service. They were professional, precise and quick. Will definitely use their services again."

"We called Royal Duct Cleaning on June 4th. They gave us an immediate quote and we hired them. They came promptly as planned on June 5th. We had never had our ducts cleaned in 40 years! We live in a small ranch house in North Plainfield. They did an outstanding Job! They not only cleaned our heating and cooling ducts, but also the drier and bathroom exhaust fans. They also sent us before and after pictures to verify the work they had done. I would recommend them highly! ~ Sue Williamson"
