"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

We had some additional work performed that included repairing of the drywall damaged by our son, painting of the living room, kitchen, and dining room and installation of recessed lighting in the three spaces. They even replaced our old door doors with beautiful elegant doors. We are so happy with everything. Being mindful of our home, they also consistently cleaned their workspace at the end of the day. We are so ecstatic. It feels like we are in a new home."

They executed the plan and suggested leaving the walls open through the next rainy season to be sure everything worked. We called them back when we realized one area was still getting water during some of the heavy rains we saw this spring. They identified the issue and rectified it. "Every time it rained we would get water in our garage and basement.  Thought about getting water proof system installed for years and finally got it done with Rightway.  We have had 2 serious rains since the system was installed and have not had a drop in our basement.

Pete helped us pick out the cabinets, countertop, fixtures, flooring, and tile, and he made sure everything stayed within budget. He was accommodating to all our requests and concerns.
