I received a call back on Wednesday from Chelsea and she told that Zach would come to my home and inspect the problem and even though it was no longer under warranty, if the repair was not large, there would be no charge. Thursday morning , Zach showed up, fixed the loose siding and there was no charge!! Response was very fast and Zach was very professional. Would recommend East Coast to anyone."
