After starting the work replacing a few boards, he discovered how bad our deck was (we knew it was very old but didn’t realize how bad it was until the boards were taken up). He gave an estimate to redo the boards and add beams underneath to bring the deck up to code, in addition to the smaller jobs we had requested. "Mike was great. I got two spots in my backyard that I wanted patio pavers, around one side of the pool and underneath my second floor deck. By the pool was approx. 250sqft with a walkway and below the deck 256sqft as well. Along with 3ft x 15ft concrete patch. I needed this project competed before the weekend and him and his crew was able to get the job in three days. Both patios look great and my wife can finally see my vision and she loves it as well."
