We have an exceptional experience with Vinny and his team at NJ Select Construction regarding our patio,steps, and fence project. Originally contracted to replace the retaining walls and walkway, this job took on a life of it's own. As with all older home, when you look beneath the surface, there is always something more to be done. In addition to the retaining walls, we added on a new roof and a complete rebuild of the front stairway. Vinny and his crew were very professional, paid attention to what was needed and promptly informed me of any underlying issues with the project. He provided options on what could be done without any pressure on any decisions that we made. As you can see, in the video and photos below, they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them for any such project that you need done. I couldn't be more satisfied.

We had a fantastic experience working with Vinny and NJ Select to restore our backyard patio in Jersey City. Over the years, some of the pavers had shifted and made the surface uneven, but Vinny took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and made the whole process smooth. Vinny and his team replaced a retaining wall on my back patio. Throughout the process, Vinny was flexible in his approach to the project and listened to our requests for specific materials and style of the wall. His pricing was very reasonable, and he was responsive to communication by phone and text. His team arrived on schedule, worked hard, built exactly what we had agreed to, and cleaned up afterwards. Vinny was great to work with. He had some suggestions and was not pushing to up the price. He did exactly what was disused for the price we discussed. His crew did an excellent job redoing a paver walkway, installing a new retaining wall and a new paver patio that was straight, level and has the perfect pitch for water run off. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone else.

Our wall was completed in very timely manner. Totally impressed with the pride and quality workmanship of the wall and bluestone trim. Excellent attention to detail and tidy, cleanup. From start to finish 3 days inckuding one rainy day couldnâ t work but covered everything to cure. Will definately hire again if I have any other masonry needs! A pleasure

Their are a wide variety of block for retaining walls, pavers for patios or driveways, and so much more. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in helping with what is necessary for our project.
