"Mike and his team were reliable and exceeded our expectations. They definitely encountered a few issues with our chimney mid-project, which is the original on a brownstone initially built over a century ago, but managed to effectively work through them and never once tried to renegotiate on price. We actually had an unrelated problem with our boiler, which turned out to be related to a safety override, but Mike was available at 8am on Sunday to take my call and even offered to stop by and check it out. It is currently very difficult to find contractors available for almost anything in our neighborhood so it was a relief to have someone show up on time, complete the project, and charge a reasonable rate.
