They ended up leaving the oil cap off and we noticed that the oil had spilled over causing issues with our generator. We called once we noticed since our company did not want to touch it now because they are not liable for some else's mistakes. Not only did they call us liars, when we had proof of service to the WRONG household, but now they do not want to fix it. The professional of this company is beyond sub-par and the "owner" who was supposed to call me never did. This is ridiculous, stay away from this company for any future servicing as they are not only rude, but they don't seem to know what they are doing."
