"We contacted Cowan's during the busy season, he responded by text only. We explained what we needed. It took about 2 weeks of texting and trying to getting responses to final set a time for him to come out. One of his workers came and did the cleaning. He did not cover anything around the stove, he left hand and foot (soot) prints everywhere he touched and walked. He left my fromt door open the whole time he was here (35* degrees outside) He did a partial job of cleaning up after himself. When I mentioned to him about the marks he left, all he could say was I don't have rags to clean. It was a pretty big job and took a good 2 months to complete. We were delayed midway through the project when only half of the kitchen cabinets were delivered. Throughout the renovations we continually added items to Carlos' "to-do" list. He was extremely accommodating every step of the way and finished on time.
