"I contacted Robert S. to discuss a water leak from our master bath through our kitchen ceiling, which we have been dealing with for about 3 years in our 5 year old new construction home. He patiently listened to the history of this leak issue and how we have had the shower caulked multiple times and the caulk continually cracks. We were resigned to the idea that we would need to tear out our entire shower to fix this. Robert was at our house with his plumber within days, diagnosed the issue which did not entail ripping out the shower. We will be replacing our shower doors which were improperly installed by the builder and Robert will be repairing our water damaged ceiling. Robert and his team are reputable and honest contractors and we highly recommend them for any home repairs or home improvement projects. We will definitely hire Kaash Construction again for home improvement projects and repairs."

It went great!!   For the estimate they worked around my schedule.  I knew how I wanted the deck to look but that was it. Lew was great in helping me decide all the details. The work was done in a few days and all the workers were very polite and helpful  with any questions I had along the way. I now have a gorgeous deck from the back of my house with new sliding doors up to my pool that has a locking gate for the safety of my children. They did a fantastic job!!

"In March 2011, a rock pad was laid as a foundation for our large garage being delivered.  Excellent work performed.  As a result of the impressive, professional job done, we had Rock a Fellas redo our deck in July, 2011.  A re-decking took place with Timbertech decking materials with radiance rails.  This was not an easy job, but Rock was very helpful in offering important advice and opinions on where to select materials etc.  He also took care of ordering the dumpster to haul away debris, a detail which can be overlooked by an overwhelmed customer.  He also rectified any concerns/issues with a prompt, professional manner which ultimately led to our great satisfaction when job was completed.

My wife and I have been exceptionally happy with the work that Arch has done for us.  We were nervous about finding a contractor to do the work we wanted to get done, but immediately liked Jacob (Yakup) when he came to sit down with us and talk through everything we wanted.  We never felt rushed or pressured and everyone that we've worked with on the project has been fantastic. 

Two big things that I told Jacob that I was looking for in a contractor beyond quality of work: 1. being on-time with the completion of the work (particularly since we gave him a deadline of this week since we have a graduation party coming up) and 2. ensuring that quotes are accurate and we stay within budget. 

I am extremely happy to say that despite my wife and I adding in several pretty big extras during the work (one of which was completely redoing the front staircase), Jacob and his team were right on schedule and what I was quoted was what I paid.  I really can't say enough good things about them.  On-time, professional, fair-priced, extremely detail oriented (even things that I said "that looks good to me", Ali, (Jacob's dad) and Yuksel wanted to be perfect) and reliable.  They kept me informed of schedules, kept their work areas neat, tried to minimize impact in areas where we weren't doing work, were super friendly, hard working and great at what they do.  

I would use them again in a heartbeat--like I said, I really can't say enough good things about the entire experience with Arch.  Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

"THE CO. REMOVED THE OLD DRIVEWAY ASPHALT, LEVELED THE GROUND, REMOVED OLD DEBRIS, AND REPAVED WITH NEW ASPHALT. THE DRIVEWAY LOOKS GREAT. THEY LEFT THE PLACE VERY CLEAN AND WHILE DOING THE JOB DID NOT INCONVENIENCE ME IN ANY WAY.THE COST WAS APROX $3200
ON THE 2ND CONTRACT, THEY SIDED AND REPLACED THE WINDOWS IN MY OLD BARN, WHICH WAS CONVERTED TO A GARAGE MANY YEARS AGO. THE BARN WAS NEVER SIDED (WAS BUILT IN 1912) .THEY INSTALLED THE SIDING, THE NEW WINDOWS, REPAIRED THE DAMAGED WOOD, CLEANED AND PREPED THE GARAGE, INSTALLED INSULATION, CREATED A SOFFIT (THE BARN HAD NEVER HAD A SOFFIT). REFRAMED AND SHIMMED THE NEW FRAMES AND INSTALLED NEW ALUMINUM TRIM ALL AROUND.MY BARN NOW LOOKS LIKE A COMPLETELY NEW STRUCTURE.
ONCE AGAIN THEY CAME AND DID THE JOB, EFFICIENTLY, CLEANLY, AND DID NOT INCONVENIENCE ME.
I WAS ALSO VERY PLEASED WITH THE COST
MY NEXT BIG JOB WILL BE FINISHING MY BASEMENT NEXT YEAR AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO GIVE THEM A CALL WHEN I AM READY.

My family and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Mark and Judy.  They both were easily accessible by phone or email, professional, and patient regarding the numerous questions I frequently put to them.  Mark was very straightforward with me, and worked hard to overcome the obstacles that popped up.  Bottom line- I was able to obtain a loan at a good fixed rate, and am very satisfied.  I would (and do) recommend them to my friends.

"It went as well as I could have hoped. I found a photo of the garage I liked on his FB page...we wanted something that would match our house built in 1940, and the photo I found on his page couldn't have been more perfect. Dustin showed up on a Saturday with his crew and built the entire thing from scratch in a day and a half. Cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Overall, he did an amazing job and as a result I am the envy of my neighborhood. Would highly recommend.
