"Rock Hard Concrete was prompt in coming out to give us a quote to repair our front concrete porch and small side walk in front of it. They had the best price and found away to salvage our railings which no one else was able to do. The team did a great job repairing the porch and the surrounding area. They were efficient and cleaned up the work area very nicely."

"Mike was great. I got two spots in my backyard that I wanted patio pavers, around one side of the pool and underneath my second floor deck. By the pool was approx. 250sqft with a walkway and below the deck 256sqft as well. Along with 3ft x 15ft concrete patch. I needed this project competed before the weekend and him and his crew was able to get the job in three days. Both patios look great and my wife can finally see my vision and she loves it as well."

"Sam and his crew were so professional, courteous and respectful. I hired them to repair my front concrete steps. Sam quoted a reasonable price to install limestone, concrete, and place bricks all around the steps. I love my steps. The workmanship is so neat and the clean up was a wonderful touch. The attention to detail and efficiency was impressive. I will most definitely be using Professional Renovations for my future projects."

"Review: Brick and Stone Repair Services I hired NJ R&V HALL CONSTRUCTION INCf or some much-needed brick and stone repair around my home, and I?m extremely pleased with the results. They repaired a crumbling retaining wall and some loose bricks on the front steps, and the work was seamless?blending perfectly with the original structure. Mr. Hall was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and left the site clean when finished. The quality of the craftsmanship really shows?they restored the integrity and appearance of the masonry beautifully. Highly recommend NJ R &V HALL CONSTRUCTION, INC for any brick or stone work. Concrete Driveways questions, answered by experts

A pressure washer’s size or power is measured in pounds per square inch (PSI). The amount of pressure you need will depend on your project and the material you’re washing, but consumer pressure washers range from 500 to 2,400 PSI. Porous materials like brick and stucco should not be blasted with anything stronger than 1,000 PSI, while you can use a PSI of up to 2,400 to clean a vinyl fence.

Regular sealing, proper drainage, and periodic inspections prevent premature wear and cracking.

Annually, or more if located in humid or heavily polluted areas.

Maintaining a driveway depends on its material. For concrete and asphalt, it's best to clean the surface thoroughly twice a year with a stiff broom and a pressure washer to remove accumulated dirt and debris. Sealing the driveway is crucial to protect it from water damage and freeze-thaw cycles. Before applying a sealant, pressure wash the surface to remove any loose sealant, dirt, or stains, as sealing over them will trap them. Any cracks or expansion joints should be filled with a flexible polyurethane caulk or asphalt sealer. In colder climates, use sand instead of salt for de-icing. Sand helps melt snow and ice without accelerating the freeze-thaw process, which can cause cracks.

If you’re using water pressure above 2,000 PSI, you should wear a full face shield—at 4,000 PSI, a water jet can easily slice through skin. Always wear heavy-duty, waterproof gloves and rubber boots with metatarsal guards. If you’re working with hot water, make sure your gloves are insulated.
