"Straight Forward was one of the many fencing companies that my boyfriend and I had come out to give us an estimate when we were looking to get a new fence. Once the polite and respectful workers began to work, they were done within less than two days. Keep in mind how impressive this is due to the fact that we had two gates installed, a front fence on both sides of our house, and the remaining perimeter of our decent sized backyard. Once the fence was finished being installed, the workers had cleaned up all of the trash and it was like they had never been there! "The job was done very well. Everything was done exactly as described in the estimate. Staff were professional and polite, the yard and driveway were spotless when they left.
The new fence looks great and I suspect it will last for quite a while.
With regards to communication there is room for improvement.
We had to keep calling to find out what the estimated dates for the work would be. It would have been nice if York Fence had been a little more proactive in keeping us informed.
The same goes for communication while the work was in progress. On the second day the weather made working impossible, but we only found out that no-one would be coming to do work once we called the office.
A call to give us the heads up would have been nice.
