"From the moment I met Mike Marchese I felt at ease. I'm a very decisive woman. I do my research and If you re a contractor by the time I call you I have a prity good idea of what I want. Mike spent about an hour with me walking through my home and listening to me and my ideas. He made suggestions based on not only my want but my needs. He explained everything never one making me feel rushed in the decision. When the day came to install a 4 man crew of John, Kurt, Cody and shane showed up first thing. Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed.
