"I had written a poor review after getting unsatisfactory answers about an insect control treatment, which was supposed to have been done with one of my weed control visits , but was not listed as done. Within an hour, Joe B, a manager at Green Lawn, called me to apologize and explain why the treatment may not have been correctly recorded in my records. He was apologetic and kind. The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026."

I was given an estimate, they followed up with a booklet describing pesticides , their chemistry etc. A treatment was scheduled and done. After about of a month my tree looks great, the defect from the borers is gone, I believe my tree has grown , filled and beautiful. I highly recommend, the Sav A Tree in Princeton"

Instead of politely asking me to send pictures or politely offering to come back he annoyingly offered to come back and check as if I was not being honest. When the workers arrived they did not know they were also working on the backyard, so poor communication within the company."
