"Good morning, Sorry that you had a less that desirable experience with our company. The pictures you included seem to show that we did exactly what we were supposed to do, which was to cut back overgrowth from the neighbors shrubs. You did say in your voicemail message that you were very happy with the rest of the job, and with the politeness and professionalism of our crew. This just seems to be a matter of a difference in expectations, and not poor quality work. Michael did respond to your concern the same day you called, and offered to send the crew back, even though it appears they did complete the job according to the proposal. I believe you had a conversation with the crew, and told them what you wanted done as well. I think this is just a matter of miscommunication which can easily be remedied, without the need to provide a negative review on a platform we rely on to promote our business. Steve Heiner"

"I am really disappointed that you would use this venue to attempt to resolve this. We were very responsive when you had a question about the cut, and explained that you were confused about the date. The week you refer to was the previous weekend, and that's because it was raining. We were out on Monday, and returned again the following Saturday to insure the lawn was cut for the Memorial day holiday, and to get the lawn back on the regular schedule. We have never missed a cut for you, or any of our customers for that matter. Our crew is quite familiar with your lawn as they have been servicing it from the beginning. They told me quite certainly that the lawn was cut. They do an incredible job for us, so yes I took their word for it. I think you are mistaken, and am really surprised that you would use this platform, which we clearly rely on to further our business, to try to get a $50.00 credit. It would have been nice for you to use this for all the times you told me personally what a great job we are doing."

I'm including that here as a reminder: "Excellent. Looks beautiful. Mike was very professional, courteous, friendly and had very good recommendations and suggestions. His staff was skilled and performed extra needed touch-ups and refinements to enhance the work. The job was accomplished within a reasonable time in spite of continual rain. Now I know why Grass Masters, Inc. was so highly rated." I spoke with Michael about this, and he told me he did speak with you about your concerns, and even met with you. He told me this reason this took so long is that he was having a problem sourcing the specific shrubs you requested. We also had a great deal of weather related delays this season Apparently once he was able to get the plants, he called you and you told him you already took care of it yourself. We were certainly willing to take care of the issues, and at no charge even though we do not offer a one year warranty on plants. Unfortunately it did not happen in a time frame you considered acceptable, and for that Mike would like to apologize.
