"I had written a poor review after getting unsatisfactory answers about an insect control treatment, which was supposed to have been done with one of my weed control visits , but was not listed as done. Within an hour, Joe B, a manager at Green Lawn, called me to apologize and explain why the treatment may not have been correctly recorded in my records. He was apologetic and kind. The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026."

"We agreed upon a day of the week that my lawn was going to be mowed routinely. I paid him $175 upfront so that he would mow a multi-acre property. He made excuses once on the phone and then never showed up on any day that he said he would be there. Now I have been ignored for almost 2 weeks, and no service was provided. This man has read my messages but won't reply. He is a scammer. He will try to lure you away from Angie's List and/or HomeAdvisor and have you pay him through CashApp only to never provide you a service."

Carpetgrass is a low-maintenance grass requiring little fertilization that thrives in subprime growing conditions. That includes watering the grass over dry winters to help keep it healthy, and it may start dying out in particularly cold climates where it grows poorly. Carpetgrass can also be vulnerable to some types of turf fungus, so it’s important not to overthatch. 

If you use a starter fertilizer designed for this purpose, you can overseed and fertilize at the same time.
