When we originally met, the owner was on time for our appointment and came fully prepared with all of the information that we needed to move forward with scheduling our bi-weekly cleaning, including that they are fully insured. The cleaning team (which is the same each time!) is ontime, professional, pleasant and really, really good at their job!
