Since the system is 18 years old, I wasn't surprised that there might be a worn part that would need to be replaced. Luckily, he had the part on hand and was able to do the repair right away. Because I had the service contract, I received a discount on the parts and labor which was greatly appreciated. I'm so glad that I called Alpine all those years ago. The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"
