"There was a small amount of miscommunication over my appointment, they were supposed to come Weds and while I suspected they might cancel due to weather, I actually did not get a timely notification. They were able to come Thurs. and they were great, checked out the roof, sealed the base of the chimney and repaired some window flashing all within an hour.
