"If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

"The experience was not quite what I expected. I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."

"In Sept. 2022, I hired Jason Klein Electrical Contractor to install a new Next Hello video doorbell at the front door of our 92-year old home, since they have previous experience with this specific type of project. I appreciated the good attitude, competence and care that the two Electricians demonstrated, as well as not being undaunted by what confronted them. While it took some time to investigate the many various old wires that had been spliced leading from multiple old transformers to the front doorbell and second floor door chime, they were ultimately able to decipher the electrical circuits that had been installed many years ago. This can be a time-consuming task, involving trial and error checks to see what wires are the correct ones to make everything work properly. So, I was pleasantly surprised that the total time involved from their arrival to project completion was just about two hours. I now have a fully functional Nest Hello video doorbell with a new low-voltage transformer professionally installed correctly, providing me both peace of mind and the desired added security that this device affords. Therefore, I can highly recommend the Electricians from Jason Klein Electrical Contractor LLC for these type of home electrical projects."

"I do not recommend this company. I contacted Arctic Air Conditioning and Plumbing for a simple leak in my toilet and kitchen sink. They charged a $140 diagnostic fee, which I agreed to — assuming it would be applied toward the repair as many other companies do. However, when the technician arrived, he inspected both issues (which were minor and didn’t require any major parts) and then quoted over $1,000 to fix them. This was shocking and completely unreasonable. No repairs were done, but I was still charged the full $140 just for the visit. Their pricing was way out of line compared to other plumbers in the area. The lack of transparency and the inflated quote felt like a bait-and-switch. Be careful before booking — I suggest finding a more honest and reasonably priced plumber."

"I’ve been a customer of Wilber’s for several years. Up till now I’ve always found them to be reasonable in price, professional, reliable and trustworthy. I don’t know what’s happened but, they are no longer the company they used to be. I recently hired Wilbers to repair a loose newel post at the bottom of my stairs. When Danny the estimator came he explained that it might be an easy fix or more involved if they needed to install a new 4X4 interior post. Though I requested that he provide estimates for both scenarios he only sent the estimate for the worst case scenario. I let that go because I trusted that they would do the right thing should it prove to be an easy fix. When they arrived it turned out that all that was needed was to replace the wooden board in the basement with a 2 ft. 2x4 and tighten the bolt that runs inside the post. The workers were here for 1 hour and for this Wilber’s decided that a fair price was $820. It seemed absolutely outrageous to me that they would charge me $820 to tighten a bolt so I tried reaching out to Wilber 3 times and asked that he call me back to discuss. Well he never called me back. I can only assume that he knows full well that he did is wrong and is unable to justify his outrageous pricing. It’s sad that Wilber thinks this is how you should treat a loyal customer and it’s certainly disappointing to discover what an unprofessional and unethical person he is. I certainly will never utilize the services of Wilbers ever again and I would caution anyone thinking of hiring them to think twice. Wilber is a man that lacks integrity and therefore someone you cannot trust to do business with."

"I highly recommend First Class Electric. I called this morning and by 10 am Joey the technician was calling me confirming he was on his way. The operator who made the appointment was very friendly and helpful. The technician Joey was very knowledgeable and friendly. He is an asset to your company! He understood what needed to be done and explained his plan. He made sure I was satisfied and answered every question. I will definitely use this company again but I want Joey to be the technician. "I’m very satisfied with the work that was done. The job was done professionally and in a timely manner which allowed my family to enjoy the rest of our day. Odane installed an EV charger for my Tesla and he delivered on exactly what he promised. Before he left he asked me to confirm everything worked as requested and I saw the car was charging exactly at the speed that it was supposed to.
