Toilet no longer running all the time - all fixed. Brian was super helpful - picked up the shower faucet from the store saving me a trip and came by right away to install it. Also came over to help out on his own time when I couldn't get it to work the next day. Very responsive, personable and professional. Highly recommend.

No good at all. Not only did I get charged for work that didn't fix the original issue, but when he FINALLY (after 3 days) came back to fix what he already fixed -he miraculously found a new problem. When I PAID FOR ADDITIONAL NEW WORK/PROBLEM to fix the same original issue/problem (keep in mind I already paid for the original repair) the new job was not done properly & a product we didn't want was installed . He ignored numerous calls & text messages to resolve the problem and then basically told us we are stuck with the wrong toilet (Basically said - go screw) He now Ignores Texts and emails and then claims that he is being harassed because because your trying to reach him. In any event - this is he worst Plummer I have ever dealt with and I have multi homes and have done countless plumbing jobs. Needles to say this is now a legal issue. If your an honest person longing for a good reliable plumber -STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER !!!

After using Brian for several projects over the past 5 years, I had him repair a toilet that was not flushing properly. When the problem continued after he left, I called him and left a message asking if he could come over to check on the problem whenever he was in my area. When I did not hear from him, I left 2 more messages, but he never responded. Prior to this, I have used Brian for other projects, and found him to be a little pricey, but prompt and efficient. However, when he would not respond to several messages, I can no longer recommend him.

We have used him for over six years. Brian shows up on time, in this case he had to come back and replace parts that needed replacing and only charged for the parts. He works on a fixed price per job basis, but over the years has always come back without charge if anything needed adjustment. He has a policy about this that he explains up front. We have found him to be very professional, neat and have used him for a variety of plumbing tasks such as clogged drains, toilets, and fixture replacements. We have recommended him to others who report similar experiences.

Work was done very professionally, but was very expensive.  I had opened up the wall exposing the shower valve.  It took Brian no more than a half hour to complete the job.  The total cost was $503.  Assuming the mixer valve cost $100 then he charged $400 for a half hour worth of work.  A little steep.

Explained procedure, got all permits, came when he said he would, did what had to be done.
Town inspection passed immediately.
All went smoothly, rapidly and without hassle or problems.
A very personable, pleasant gentleman

The install was straight forward and properly done. Lessons learned included the fact that we did not check to see if the model unit we selected was eligible for a $200 energy rebate or the energy tax break. Neither was the case as the specs on our unit missed the requirements ever so slightly on two parameters. Would have been nice to know this but our focus was on a lasting brand with solid reputation. Also, you don't save anything with Brian on small side jobs being added to the same trip. Seems you would at least save something on the portal to portal costs. Again, a solid job but pricey.

The work was completed in three days which included removal of the old system which included a gas boiler and water heater and replaced with a new system including all connections, circulators etc.  We also removed a single zone boiler that had failed in the house addition and sealed off everything.  The challenge was to get the fifth zone fed into the main boiler which was done without having any damage to repair.

I had problems with noise in the walls from pipes banging around. They were expensive, fast and they rushed stuff. I would not use their services again in the future.

Brian was quick to call back and set an appointment for the service and was able to come out quickly. He replace a leaking pipe in the basement and gave advice regarding what to expect from the rest of the ancient pipes. The newer toilet required new parts. The old toilet is no longer made and parts are unavailable - he was able to improve the flushing mechanism so that you don't have to manually jiggle it after every flush. After he left, the newer toilet started to run after flushing. I called him and he came right out and fixed it with no extra charge. The price seemed fair for time spent and parts needed.

He could have replaced the entire pump instead of just replacing the one small part that needed to be replaced and charged me 800 dollars but didn't. I was pleased that he was very honest. He is professional, punctual, friendly and polite.
