However, being that it was the first time, it may take longer and cost a little more. They showed up with only 2 people and cleaned for 4.5 hours. They then charged me $720, that's $80 per person/hour, which is a complete rip off! I then filed a complaint against Cleaning and Organizing by Silvana to see if we could work out a solution, but of course they haven't responded. Avoid at all cost!""

I originally asked for one room to be cleaned but as they went through my apartment and found some unsafe things, they kept to the price we agreed upon and constantly consulted with me to do additional cleaning.
