I’ve had Heart & Saul for my cleaning service for many years. Sue is great to work with - always helpful for scheduling issues. Absolutely 100% reliable. Crews have changed over the years. Some are better than others but I have never had a problem with any (that is, crews go from good to amazing). I will continue to use this service for the foreseeable future.

II was an excellent experience, they arrived on time, they were not in a hurry to leave. very meticulous with their cleaning, left my house sparkling they were very thorough. the women are very warm and cordial.

Starting a new year fresh could not be possible without Sue and her team. We hired Heart and Saul to help us get our home back to a pre COVID state. Since last March, like many, I have to work from home and the hours got longer and suddenly your home is on display 10 hours a day!!! With a new year upon us we needed help. The team cleaned our 3 bedroom cape in great detail it came out better than pre COVID. They organized our closets, cabinets, linens, and helped clear space for a proper office. I'm even a bit outside their normal distance but Sue understood my needs and we are very grateful. We also talked about the previous review and I even had to remind her that sometimes everyone has a bad day- mistakes should only be seen as lessons. 92 positive reviews and reading through most I was impressed enough. The price was a bit high but I've learned that you get what you pay for. And though I don't write reviews I feel so excited for the new year in my super clean home The price was well worth it. They women were very professional and did a detailed cleaning . They went above and beyond my expectations.

Hired for move-in deep cleaning for an approx. 2800 sq ft well-maintained, empty, ranch style home. The previous owners left the home pretty clean. But, especially with COVID, I wanted to make sure that everything was spotless before moving in. Cleaning was $115 per hour. It took 3 workers 6 hours at a final cost of $750 to do a “deep clean”. I thought 6 hours was excessive based on the size, layout and condition of the home. My previous home – a 3000 sqft tudor with narrow stairways, 4 floors, full of furniture and very-lived in only ever took 3 hours for a monthly clean from top to bottom by a 3 person crew– and was always spotless (this was another company charging a flat rate of $225, who unfortunately don’t service my new area). Since this was a “deep clean” I figured this company would clean EVERYTHING so ok maybe the hours were justified. In short, they didn’t clean a whole lot. When checking out the house in more detail before moving in I found a sock and dust bunnies under a bathroom vanity, water stains on shower fixtures, dirty walls and baseboards, water splashed mirrors in the bathroom, oven with cleaning product still inside and crooked racks, etc. Clearly visible areas like floors were OK. But many of the details that should be attended to in a regular cleaning, muchless a “deep cleaning”, were overlooked. My mistake was leaving the crew unsupervised thinking they were professionals and would do what was needed. I gather as soon as I left the house – mostly to get out of their way so they could do their job - they took it really easy and skipped some areas since the home was reasonably clean to the eye already. Unsurprisingly, there was a rush of activity when I got back to check on them – hence the crooked oven racks and half cleaned oven. The owner offered to come back – but by then we were in the middle of moving. She also offered an hour of free cleaning followed by discounted hours at $100. I probably need 3 hours of free (actual) cleaning to make up for the time the crew spent obviously NOT cleaning my house. I would’ve been ok with the price and time if things were spotless. It is a pity, because if this went well I would’ve hired them for a regular monthly cleaning. This is probably for the best, as the hourly charge is a bit of a scam because, as they did with my home, they can move as slowly as they want to stretch out the time (another review also mentions this tactic).

Wonderful. They arrived on time and did a thorough walk through prior to starting. Received a call from the owner during the day asking how everything was going. Did an excellent job. The owners returned at the end of the job and did a walk through to make sure everything was done. They were there longer than I thought, so the cost was higher than I thought it would be. It was expensive, but they did an outstanding job.

I’ve used Heart and Saul for a number of years. They always show up as expected and do a very thorough job. When I need an extra off schedule cleaning they always accommodate. I highly recommend them!
