"Can i tell you the about the outstanding work Silvana,Katie and Kevin did? Heck yeahhhh, I can ! This was an emergency. The home of a frail,elderly and recently hospitalized person (that was being released early,) was in total disrepair, smell and clutter. At least a decade of neglect. After clearing the home of the clutter, 18 yds,it needed an EXTREEM CLEANING ! Another person was hired on the cheap,(by another party) 3hrs, He basically just mopped kitchen and stove top, took the $90 and RAN. yes. The home was that bad. Silvana and her crew came in like the U.S.Marines and immediately dug in. Well prepared with every type of cleaning tools,solutions degreasers and just plain physical grit. SCRUBBED every grimey surface in the bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and kitchen. walls, floors and new found debris. (7 contractor bags worth.) Not once did I hear a complaint, gripe or judgemental comment. Just professional work. Yes, PROFESSIONAL. This crew knows what they're doing. No indecision, just dive in and get it done. 5 grueling hours in the summer afternoon, no air conditioner, humid home. They cleaned the furniture, dressers,tables, chairs. Cleaned the windows,Washed the dishes,scrubbed the stove inside and out, front and behind, same w the fridge. Amazing. The outcome? A total turnaround. Absolutely outstanding! This wasn't a walk in the park. I could go on. But my sincerest thanks just wasn't enough. I'm sure the homeowner will be stunned and happy. Good job guys!
